Sports - Rugby

In my blog today I'll talk about sports in Malaysia especially rugby...like football,rugby is going downwards not upwards cos modern days rugby players have a small heart or in other words 'chickens'...and their mentality hopeless!...they should not play rugby but ping pong instead..ha!ha! but its true..those days in the 60's,70's and 80's rugby players enjoy their games and they played the game cos they love the game...just like football,the rugger players played for fame and glamour plus materials..in other words they want more allowances,t-shirts,tracksuits etc.etc. Those days the players have nothing only old sets of rugby jerseys,a few ringgit allowances and travel in their own cars and vans...and because rugby is in their blood they are not bother...the important thing is to play a game of rugby...enjoy and have fun and of course everybody wants to win but if you enjoy and have fun,you will be happy after the game ends regardless of the score cos win or lose is part and parcel of sports... Part of the blamed should be on the coaches...what are they teaching the players?new methods and new system like the wallabies,all blacks,england etc...the coaches must understand that teaching basics is the most important aspect of drilling the players ...from what I notice of todays rugby players,they can't even do a simple passing of the ball,soft and poor tackling,poor punting etc.etc....like FAM in football,MRU(m'sian rugby union) is doing nothing to revive rugby...so administrators,officials,coaches and players should sit together with ex-officios,ex-coaches and ex players on how to improve the game of rugby in Malaysia...and beware of the threat of India ,Pakistan who are moving fast in the right direction...China a new rugby nation has gone to new heights and where is Malaysia?
